OVERVIEW

• Quiet and emission-free, the zero tail-swing E10e mini excavator can work when and where other excavators can’t, offering more solutions for today’s diverse jobsites.

• The E10e is powered by two lithium-ion batteries that provide a total capacity of 11.5kWh. The batteries deliver high-energy density, long service life and require no routine maintenance. The result is strong breakout forces, smooth operator control functions and loads of workgroup power.

• This mini, yet mighty excavator is highly maneuverable and easy to transport. Hydraulically retract the undercarriage to just 28 inches wide for access to small job sites - both outdoors and indoors. Then return the undercarriage to its 43-inch stance for a wider footprint and leading performance.

PERFORMANCE

RELIABLE BATTERY POWER

The Bobcat electric excavator lineup delivers all the benefits of owning and operating an electric-powered compact excavator without sacrificing performance. We’ve turned the concept of reliable battery power into a proven game changer in the compact equipment industry.

Featuring state-of-the-art, lithium-ion battery technology that performs as well – or better – than their diesel-powered equivalents, providing the same power, and near-instantaneous torque. The battery systems deliver high-energy density, long service life and require no routine maintenance. The result is strong breakout forces, smooth operator control functions and loads of workgroup power. The batteries provide about four hours of continuous runtime, or between six and eight hours of runtime using breaks to recharge.

MOTION ALARM AND BEACON LIGHT

The standard motion alarm (audio signal) activates when the excavator is traveling. Also features a standard beacon light on the top of the canopy. The beacon emits a bright orange strobe light whenever the excavator is turned on.

CONTROL PATTERN SELECTOR

Easily change between “excavator” and “backhoe” patterns with an electronic control pattern switch. The switch is conveniently located on the console so operators can change between ISO and standard controls without leaving the seat.

TWO-SPEED TRAVEL

Maneuver faster with standard two-speed travel. The quicker you can move on the job site, the faster you can complete your work. For work on large job sites, two-speed travel increases your productivity all day long. Select low range for pushing and dozing and high range for increased job site mobility.

ZERO TAIL SWING

The zero-tail swing E10e offers the greatest flexibility. The rear of the house stays within the width of the tracks through full rotation. Slew and deposit soil where you need it, reposition the machine fewer times, and worry less about inadvertently contacting any surrounding objects.

RETRACTABLE BLADE

The standard blade can be retracted at each side for greater access to tight jobsites. Once in position for work, the blade can be extended to cover more ground.

RUBBER TRACKS

The short pitch, interlocking rubber tracks provide optimal engagement with the rollers, reducing vibration during travel and delivering a more comfortable ride.

AUXILIARY HYDRAULICS WITH BOOM-MOUNTED QUICK COUPLERS

The auxiliary hydraulic couplers, located on the excavator boom, are in easy reach for quick connections. The quick couplers feature a low-profile design, set close to the boom’s surface to protect against damage.

FOOT PEDAL BOOM SWING CONTROL

The foot pedal boom swing controls can be folded away for more floor space and convenient cleaning.

FOLD-DOWN, TIP OVER PROTECTIVE STRUCTURE

The tip over protective structure (TOPS) can be temporarily folded down for clearance through doorways and other low openings. With conveniently located tie-downs and its ultra-compact size, the E10e is easy to transport, quick to access confined job sites and features a powerful battery plant for all-day operations.

IN-TRACK SWING FRAME

Bobcat® compact excavators are engineered to operate in the smallest of workspaces for leading versatility. The exclusive Bobcat in-track swing frame allows you to get closer to your work. Bobcat swing castings and cylinders stay within the tracks when offset digging – giving you the ability to truly dig flush up against an obstacle and increasing your ability to work in tight areas when in an offset digging position.

HYDRAULICALLY RETRACTABLE UNDERCARRIAGE

ON-BOARD CHARGER

An on-board charger, capable of receiving common electrical connections of 120 volts, supports charging of about 12 hours.

OFF-BOARD CHARGER

An off-board, 240-volt, fast-charge system is also available for full battery recharge in just two hours.

LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES

The lithium-ion batteries require no routine maintenance and has built-in protection against overcharging.

PROTECTED MACHINE COMPONENTS

Bobcat® compact excavators are engineered to protect against damage. All Bobcat® compact excavators are equipped with protected hydraulic lines and well-designed workgroups. The boom’s hydraulic cylinder is mounted on the top to prevent contact with the trench, bucket or nearby obstacles.

SIMPLE MACHINE TIE-DOWNS

Convenient tie-down locations allow you to confidently secure your machine to trailers. Get on and off the job site faster. Secure your load quickly, without searching for hard-to-reach tie-downs.

CONTROL LOCKOUT

The control lockout levers stop the motor and disengage the hydraulic control functions from the controls when either console is raised. Lower the control consoles to start the motor and engage the hydraulic control functions of the controls.

VANDALISM PROTECTION

Keep the battery compartment securely latched and locked to prevent tampering or vandalism after hours.

The electric powertrain provides for a much more comfortable operator experience with dramatically reduced vibration and noise. Neighbors appreciate the low noise as well. CANOPY

The E10e operator station is designed to deliver the comfort and intuitive control functionality that operators need for all-day productivity. The operator-centric design includes excellent visibility, intuitive, ergonomic controls in an easy-to-use intuitive layout, an adjustable seat and a retractable seat belt. The tip over protective structure (TOPS) meets ISO standards and can be temporarily folded down for clearance through doorways and other low openings.

ADJUSTABLE JOYSTICK CONTROLS

The Bobcat E10e allows you to position the joysticks outward for comfort, or inward for access through narrow openings.

ERGONOMIC CONTROLS

Operator-friendly, ergonomic controls keep you productive all day long. Control attachments with precision and low fatigue. Grade, level and backfill with less operator input. Head to the next job site using the one-hand travel control. Adjust the arm rests for added comfort.

DIGITAL DISPLAY

The digital display provides full-featured machine interaction and monitoring capabilities. Diagnostics and detailed operation information you can access through the display includes monitoring, troubleshooting, battery charge status and error conditions. REDUCED VIBRATION
